The cost of delivery is from SGD 1.20 (SingPost normal mail letterbox delivery, without tracking) to SGD 4.00 (Package delivery with tracking). Complimentray free delivery with tracking for order value above SGD 80.  

Note: please anticipate potential slight delay for normal mail letterbox delivery especially during shopping season and holidays season

The chances are that your order has already been shipped! You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account under ‘Orders’.

Orders are generally shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business working days during weekdays, provided that: 

• There are no discrepancies of the shipping address such as missing unit number or incomplete address
• All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.

Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over weekend and holidays. 

We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are lots of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay. 

At the time an order is shipped out from our warehouse, a notification will be sent to the provided email address.
